Google Trends, Gogle Analytics and Clickbank

As an affiliate you probably understand how difficult it can be to actually hear about the latest products when they come out. More importantly you want to know the products that are going to sell like crazy. How do you hear about them first before thousands of other affiliates? Follow the steps below and you could be promoting the latest products and make a killing while you are doing it.




Every affiliate has heard of Clickbank before. Use Clickbank to determine new products by selecting ‘new products’ at the top of the marketplace page. Alternatively you can use CBengine.com. It’s pretty much the same thing but gives a more detailed analysis on the products. If you want all the stats on a product you ill have to upgrade to Pro edition, but the free edition is fine for just identifying new products and seeing which ones are already selling well.


Another free tool I use is Google Hot Trends. This gives you up to the hour reports on what people are searching for. It basically tells you exactly what’s hot right now. A number of factors determine the current trends but you really don’t need to know that, you just need to know what people want and give it to them. Sometimes this is easier said than done but Google Hot Trends is an invaluable tool for any internet marketer. I also use Google Analytics to track whee visitors toa site originate from. This is essential if you are going to improve your marketing efforts and focus your energy on the more profitable sources of traffic. Analytics is also free and is a must for any internet marketer.


Sign up for the lists of all the top marketers. By doing this you will receive emails directly from the marketer that is releasing the new product and can take action straight away. The emails the top marketers send out to their lists are intended to make sales and generate interest in their products. You won’t necessarily be buying their products but instead using these emails as a prompt to jump on board and promote the latest product before others.
